The Uptown Business Association, alongside local business The Urban Advisory, have partnered with the University of Auckland, Unitec and AUT to reimagine our neighbourhood and create visions of its potential.
Over 550 students at all levels have been considering Uptown as an integral part of their studies this year. The Uptown Futures Festival will showcase their work and provide a catalyst for community input into the development of the area.
During 5-12 July Student Showcases will pop-up in Uptown, plus we’re holding free public events to discuss some of the issues their work raises.
